How to Increase Testosterone Levels & Prevent Strokes and Increasing the Quality of Your Life at the Same Time

Most men don’t start worrying about the possibility of Stroke until it is too late. Often we ignore the symptoms and attribute them to some other minor excuse. But, Strokes kill millions of Americans a year.

Most of us have little idea what symptoms are associated with having a stroke, and put ourselves in a position that is much harder for us to get the treatment and help we need if one occurs. One acronym that will help you reduce the amount of brain damage and mortality associated with stroke is FAST. The F stands for Facial paralysis. The A is for Arm weakness, the S is for Speech difficulties, and the T stands for Time to act fast.

But, since I would rather help you prevent stroke rather than just know when you’ve had one, let’s talk about what you can do to build a healthy strong body that is less susceptible to having a stroke.

The first thing you need to do is be active. I know this is hard for some of us, but researchers have shown that those who exercised were less likely to experience a stroke, and if they did, were more likely to minimize the amplitude, and recover back to their original functioning level.

The second thing you need to do is find a nutritional program geared toward increasing your “Life Hormones” (testosterone and growth hormone). This will cut down on your triglycerides, help lower blood pressure, increase good cholesterol (HDL), and not to forget help you lose weight, and build lean muscle.

You may also want to talk to an Anti-Aging doctor about the possibility of Hormone Replacement Therapy. HRT will help you lose weight, and get fit, boost energy, all of which will reduce your risk of developing the precursors to stroke (obesity, high blood pressure, etc.) HRT also has many more benefits that will help you increase your longevity and the quality of your life.

To Your Quality of Life,
